At Shipping
All orders totaling $60 and under are shipped First Class USPS. All orders totaling $60 and over are shipped First Class USPS with tracking. We strive to ship all orders within 5 days of purchase. We will be in contact with you should there be any delay. Please email us beforehand if you have any special shipping requests.
Please check the final mailing address before placing your order. We are not responsible for the loss of orders due to an incorrect address provided during checkout.
International Shipping
International shipping charges are based on a per item/
Please be aware that when placing an order to be shipped outside the United States, you may be subject to customs charges. You will be solely responsible for your country’s customs fees, duties, and/or taxes, if any, which are usually collected when the order is delivered to you
Returns
Anna K.outure wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
You may return the item within 14 days of the ship date.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Gift cards or coupons cannot be returned.
- Items MUST be purchased at the original price (sale items are not eligible for returns).
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at annakouture@gmail.com.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
Final Sale Items
Please note, all SALE items are final & are not available for returns, refunds or exchanges. A sale item is any item that is sold for less than our MSRP. At times, this can be initiated by using a coupon code or any other promotional measure lowering the price of the item(s).
